We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you.
Your Consent
We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party (excluding partners from whom you may have linked to our site) without your permission.

If you have made a purchase from our website we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via e-mail, post & telephone.
Protecting your security
We may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. This is done only to confirm your identity - a credit check is not performed and your credit rating is unaffected.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. We will do our best to protect your personal data, but cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
You must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction.
Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
LOCAL TAXES
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices.
By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service,
may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.
Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice.
We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.
You can return any FULL PRICED item within 15 days of receipt for a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE of that item.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Please note, SALE items are FINAL and NOT eligible for returns. This includes any order with a discount higher than 15% applied. If you are unsure of sizing, please email info@halithebrand.com for assistance.
Returns & Hygiene Policy
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, swimwear and underwear items cannot be refunded once tried on, worn, or if the hygiene seal has been removed or tampered with. Customers are entitled to request a size exchange or product change, provided that the items are returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
During sale periods or promotional campaigns, items purchased at a reduced price are not eligible for refunds. This policy is in place because each returned swimsuit requires our team to remove and replace the hygiene seal before the item can be offered for sale again, which involves additional labor and material costs. For this reason, only exchanges are permitted on sale items, subject to stock availability.
By completing a purchase on our website, the customer accepts these return conditions and acknowledges that the above limitations are in line with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), which excludes the right of withdrawal for goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once opened after delivery.
HALI reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the guidelines and process as stated above. In the instance an item is not accepted, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.

FAULTY ITEM
If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer care at info@halithebrand.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 15 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
EXCHANGES
Please note that we may not be able to offer a replacement or exchange on some Goods if there is no longer stock available.
STORE CREDIT
If you are entitled to or elect to receive online store credit, you will receive a credit value of the value of Order. The credits are applied to your account or through the issue of a coupon code once your return has been processed.
Please allow up to three (3) business days for store credit to be applied from the date on which we receive your items.
Store credits are valid for one (1) year before expiry.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact our customer care at info@halithebrand.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a store credit or a replacement.
We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY ( NON EU COUNTRIES)
Deliveries will be made within 5 working days (excluding weekends) by international couriers ( courier will be chosen by us when the order is made)
Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day
Parcels are shipped from within the EU (Germany), meaning no customs duties are incurred.
DUTIES AND TAXES

INTERNATIONAL/NON - EU (includes the UK)
Customs duties and/or VAT apply for international orders at the discretion of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Hali is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.
IF A PARCEL IS REJECTED ON ARRIVAL, WHAT WILL THE PROCESS BE?
In the event that is parcel is not claimed or is rejected/refused by the receiver for any reason - DHL or the relevant carrier will return this parcel to Hali. Consequently there will be a €10-30 fee deducted from your store credit/Refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable. In addition to this any parcel returned to sender due to incorrect address will incur a fee (€10 EU, €30 non-EU).
